My yoga practice changed my life.

I see my life as a journey. A journey towards health, genuine happiness and living each day to my fullest potential.  I believe that the key to a happy life is balance, laughter and authenticity.

My yoga journey began back in 2012, when I was looking for a way to reconnect with myself in the midst of some personal difficulties I was facing at the time. Shortly after establishing a consistent practice, I was amazed at how the practice was able to alleviate the challenges and bring balance into my life.

Yoga has taught me so many lessons, both mentally and physically. It keeps me grounded in the present, and continues to teach me the value of trust and patience in life. More importantly, yoga taught me to truly love and respect myself.

I believe that yoga is a personal practice that continuously evolves. Every time we step on our mat is a new opportunity to grow, learn and challenge our edge. My goal as a yoga teacher is to use my personal experiences and fun-loving personality to open the "door of personal exploration" for my students to discover and their authentic selves.
