Gratitude Meditation For Challenging Times

We’ve all been there. Navigating tough times can be a challenge depending on the circumstances we face. Using mindfulness and meditation to guide you towards peace during these times can be an effective tool to help you through.

Here’s how to get started with this meditation for challenging times:

  • Make your way into a comfy seated position

  • Sit up tall and lengthen your spine while relaxing your shoulders

  • Start to take a few slow and steady breaths in and out through your nose.
