Gratitude Meditation for Future Goals

Do you have some big goals you are working on? Did you know that by visualizing your goals accomplished and practicing gratitude in the present moment can help move you closer to achieving them?

When we allow ourselves to think about our future and all that we want to accomplish, we allow ourselves to manifest our dreams.

Use this short meditation whenever you need some help with visualizing your future and how it will feel when you accomplish your current goals and dreams.

To get started,

  • Come into a comfortable seated position in a space that feels comfortable for you with no distractions.

  • Sit up tall and lengthen your spine while relaxing your shoulders.

  • Take a deep breath and exhale slowly release out of your mouth.

  • Close your eyes and tune into your breath.
