I stumbled upon this image today and it really got me thinking…

Life is full of stress/excitement, good/bad times, challenges/changes… but how we actually perceive these things is a matter of perspective.

One of my favorite quotes by Wayne Dyer, "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change" is a great reminder that we are in complete control of our experiences in life.

When life gets tough, or things seem overwhelming and stressful, try to reframe your mindset to lighten the burden.

This might sound goofy, but if you are stressed…I dare you to try this…

1- Take a deeeeeeeeeeeeep breath
2- Put a big SMILE on your face…
3- Say to yourself (outloud if you can) “I AM SO HAPPY” or “I AM SO EXCITED RIGHT NOW”
4- Repeat as many times as needed
