One of my FAVORITE meditations!
Not your typical meditation! This one is for the over-thinkers, the “fidgeters” and the people who have a hard time slowing down. This exercise is intended to bring clarity to your thoughts and help prioritize where you are spending your energy. This meditation can be done for any duration of time, but I would recommend spending at least 5 minutes journaling.
